Solution Architect – Mid to Senior Level

We seek an experienced and talented mid to senior level Solution Architect with a strong background in developing and articulating client solutions for federal orals presentations. The ideal candidate will have significant experience with FEDSIM and be adept at developing compelling PowerPoint proposals that effectively communicate technical and business solutions.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead or assist clients in the development of technical solutions for federal proposals, particularly for FEDSIM opportunities.
  •  Collaborate with technical and business teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and develop proposal content.
  • Create and develop high-quality PowerPoint proposals for FEDSIM, ensuring clarity, coherence, and visual appeal.
  • Translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and compelling narratives and visuals.
  •  Ensure proposals meet and comply with all solicitation requirements and effectively communicate the value proposition of the solution.

Desired Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

  • Proven experience as a Solution Architect in the government contracting space, with a focus on winning FEDSIM proposals.
  • Extensive knowledge of FEDSIM processes, requirements, and best practices.
  • Strong experience in developing PowerPoint proposals for federal orals presentations.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and articulate complex technical solutions.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
  • Strong collaboration and team-building abilities.

Desired Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degree is preferred. Note: experience will be considered in leu of a college degree.
  • Minimum of ten (10) years proven experience supporting solution development for FEDSIM, APEX, GSA, and other federal agency orals presentations.
  • Experience and expertise working with a wide range of client stakeholders to gain input and develop content.
  • Knowledge of the Federal acquisition lifecycle, GovCon best practices, and familiarity with common business, engineering, and technical concepts.
  • Federal security clearance is a plus.
